The only thing consistent about Chicago weather is that it’s always inconsistent.  LOL.  49  and rainy the other day and 90 an sunny today.  I’m not complaining.  I’m totally down for a sweaty, balmy Memorial Day bbq holiday. 🙂

Summer school started and….  not sure how I feel about it.  It was def. the right decision because I’m trying to get my program finished quickly by going straight through but at the same time having classes that are usually 16 weeks long condensed to 6 week sessions is a bit tough.  It’s only been one week, hopefully I’ll get a handle on it better as the session continues.

I’ve been on a bit of an Icicle kick lately. ❤

So I really have been relishing my mini two week break from school.  I thought it was gonna go by really fast but it has been quite lovely.  I went home to Madison for 5 days and had a lovely time hanging out with my mum and eating all her food. 

Lots of good music floating around.  My mix list to listen to is getting longer and longer and now I’m so behind!

Yay!  I have successfully completed my first semester of grad school.  Now I have 2 weeks off before summer session starts and I plan on thoroughly enjoying those two weeks, starting tonight.
