Finally got a much needed reprieve from all the grad school work. Going to my bro’s in New Jersey for Thanksgiving.

Chin Chin to 14 years! This is a blog I try to delete regularly, but it continues to be a much needed gift of catharsis for my poor addled brain.
I went to bed at 8:15 pm on a Friday night. Looks like AARP will have a new member sooner than later. 😂
Now it’s 3:12 am and I’m up and wide awake, doing my homework and listening to tunes.
I already listened to the new Zero T album and now I’ve moved on to a little Artificial Intelligence.
Fingers crossed I fall back asleep easily.
My life is def chaotic at the moment. I’m somewhat content though, so it’s not as stressful as it could be.
This semester will be done in a couple of weeks. My program requires that I do a summer semester, but I’ll still get a two week break, which I’m very much looking forward to.
Shows are back in full force! The Xcellerated lineup this weekend tho… 😮
Getting all my work done early so I can go and proper enjoy myself. Totally thought my eyes were deceiving me when I first saw the flyer. I’ve seen Zero T, Artificial Intelligence and Commix before, but not Redeyes. We know how I love my French dnb.

These Cali fires are insane. So sad. One of the schools I teach at is in Santa Monica, so I didn’t have to work today.
I used my extra time to do some grading and write an exam. I pretty much listened to this A.I. mix on repeat while I was doing those things. I’ve been listening to this mix for like 5 days straight. It’s so good guys. Def. worth a listen. 😍😍😍

School is prepping for round 2 of entrance exams, which means no classes to teach, which means I’m just sitting in my office ravin’. You know how I do.
So Summer is officially over. I’m not mourning it. Autumn is my favourite time of the year. I’m back to being boring. I had a couple of weeks where I got to wild out and party to some dnb and now it’s just school and work again. I have been hearing some awesome tunes though so at least that’s keeping me going. If you find yourself having a tremendous amount of fun at a dnb party, make sure you brock out for me too. 😉

Is the Queen Bee the busiest? I’m pretending she is, cuz that’s me. Work, school, work, school, work, school… you get the gist. With my schedule like this, this summer might not be as cool as I want it to be. 😦 I’m going to try my damndest to at least have some fun though. There are way too many patios calling my name! That’s my favourite part of summer, meeting my friends for some drinks and just kicking it on a patio in the nice weather.
Reisha moved in and that’s awesome. It’s nice to live with someone who you’ve been friends with for 8 years. I will miss Caroline though. She was a good roomie.
We had a taste of summer for a couple of days and now it’s back to grey, 66 degrees and rainy. Can you say boo? Ultra lame.
You know what’s not lame? Dnb! I’ve been compiling lists upon lists of tunes that I’m digging. There’s so many! I’m really lovin what’s out right now. I need to attend a big show so I can hear them on a loud sound system.
