I have had a pretty good week.  I’ve been enjoying hanging out with friends and I haven’t been stuck in my apartment, so as far as I’m concerned, all is good in my land.

Yesterday I went to go see my old friend Joe’s band, Ceiling Stars and also went to go show support at The Exchange’s grand opening.  Good times all round.  It’s nice to have a variety of things to do.  Thinking, eating, breathing, inhaling dnb used to be okay when I was 19 but doesn’t work so much when you’re 33 so I welcome the mish mash of activities. 😉

Valentines day is this weekend.  For all of you that like to partake in this “holiday,” enjoy.  For all of you that are like me and could care less, continue living your life.  🙂   I will be spending sunday with my adorable niece so that my brother and his wife can go out.  Woot.

I had a pretty good weekend.  Everything I did turned out to be really fun and you know that doesn’t happen often so I was pleased.

Unemployment has turned me into a new version of myself.  I don’t know if that’s a good or bad thing but it definitely is interesting.  I think that not having specific things to tend to all day makes a person get creative when it comes to deciding what to do to make time pass.  I attribute my 2.0 version mostly to that. 🙂

And She’s Back!

Hi!  My globetrotting has come to an end.  I’m a bit sad about it.  I have definitely figured out again, what I already knew,  that I love travelling abroad.  I’m an international chick and just tend to thrive better when I’m overseas.  I must figure out a way to get some funds so  I can do it more often.  I can’t honestly say that I was happy to return to annoying cold weather and no job, but alas it is what it is.

I am soooo behind in my dnb world.  Shame on me.  Since I forgot the powercord to my laptop I couldn’t even update the mixes on my ipod so I don’t even know what’s out there.  I am excited to get back on track though.
