I teach at two different schools and their spring breaks are on different weeks. 😭 At least there’s a little reprieve during the two week span. This week I don’t have to teach in the evening, so that’s a plus.

March just flew by! I’m happy to get a little reprieve these next couple of weeks. I’m on spring break from grad school and my evening school this week and will be on break from teaching at the community college next week. Gonna go hang with my homie Shannon in San Diego for a couple of days and just kick it.
This month has had me a bit all over the place mentally. Loads to sort out with my dad’s estate… still. Grief is such a strange process. I don’t remember thinking about him this much when he was alive. It’s been a year and some change, and even though I have learned to deal with the sadness a little better, I still think about him all day, every day. I wonder what the next stage of the grieving process will bring and when it will arrive. 😔
Anyway, I’m so happy I came across SirReal again. I used to listen to his mixes all the time. He always comes with the great track selection and beautiful blends. My students at the community college have exams today, so I’m just listening to his 2021 year end mix and finishing up writing the test.
