Man I’m extremely scatterbrained this week.  I need to get my act together.  I managed to pick up a bunch of extra shifts at Smallbar so at least I’ll have some money.  It’s my home life that needs help.  LOL.  I finally cleaned the living room.  My room is out of control.  I’ve got a todo list of like 13 things that I have yet to do.  I don’t know why I’m so lazy all of a sudden.

Identity Theft Kiki

Well I’m being a little more dramatic than necessary.  Someone did steal my card number but just used it to upgrade their yahoo mail account.  Nothing else.  There’s no pending charges so I guess I was lucky.  I needed a new card anyways so now I can kill two birds with one stone and get a new card and a new number.  I don’t really carry purses.  I’m more of a back pocket kinda girl so my id and my card are usually bent or broken in a short amount of time.

Matt Martin’s wedding was lovely.  Him and Leeann were so cute.  Good times.  I feel like I did a bunch of extended hanging out this weekend.  Mike is a perpetual gallivanter so usually when he’s here there are a lot of activities involved.  I didn’t partake in all of them cuz my finances don’t allow that kind of behaviour but I did go eat at Mana yesterday with him and the rest of the crew for dinner.  Yum.  So good.  A vegan/vegeterian’s dream.  Good cocktails too.

All in all a nice weekend.

So yeah I promised not to talk about the snow but I am going to talk about the fact that it’s -7 degrees right now and the high today is -1… um what? You walk outside and you’re like “Oh it’s not that cold,” but then when you have to stand still you’re like “Oh shit.” LOL. This will have to be one of those weekends where I stay in and watch telly for sure.

Me and Stunna and Submorphics were talking about Dj Die last night so I decided to do another oldie by him. Dj Die’s back catalogue is ridiculous. I could just keep picking oldies by him and be content. So many awesome tracks. Funnily enough, I’m actually not that crazy about Special Treat but I do remember how huge it was. A lot of people have been throwing it in their sets lately. It’s a nice nostalgic revival. I don’t hate it, it’s just not really wanna of my faves but a classic oldie nonetheless. 🙂
