2018 was good to me and I’m excited for all the things 2019 has in store. 

I’ve been busy as hell, hence the radio silence on my end.  I drove from California to Wisconsin for Christmas.  My niece moved to Wisco to go live with my mum, and we needed to get her car there.  When I drove from Wisco to Cali it was quite a disaster,  but this time around it was all smooth sailing. 

I had a great Christmas and New Year. Back in LA now, and just and doing what I do. 😍

I’m still here!!  Still on that grind.  I really just don’t have that much time to post, but I’m still listening. 

Super excited about Thanksgiving next week.  I love the holiday season (who doesn’t?) and I love that Thanksgiving kicks off the barrage of craziness that follows for the next month. 

Currently got the homie Submorphics’ InnerSoul Promo mix on repeat.  I’m moving on the 1st so I listened to it while I packed up some boxes, listened again while I graded some papers and now I’m listening again as I plan my lessons.  So good! 😍😍😍

Holiday Biz

Hi!  I can’t believe we’re already in the middle of September.  I worked furiously all summer and really haven’t had any down time.  I’m currently in London, seeing the fam and enjoying some much needed time off.  I couldn’t believe how nice it was this morning to just go to the supermarket, wander aimlessly down the aisles, listening to dnb and have absolutely no bloody place to be.

Life is busy. *sigh*  I owe you a proper lengthy post soon.

In the meantime, I hope you get as much enjoyment from putting this tune back in rotation as I did. 

Having listened to dnb for over 25 years, it’s very second nature to me to just have the music on in the background.  I don’t always get the urge to brock out and shake my caboose to each track.  There are a couple of tunes though, where I’ll totally let loose like I did in my speaker hugging days, and this remix is def one of them.  I’m sure the person who was driving alongside me on the 101 when iTunes picked this one in the shuffle, thought I was absolutely bonkers, but I did get a good car dance out of it. 

p.s. I love the original too.

Forever Mood

Hi.  Sorry I’ve been M.I.A., we had a death in the family, and I’ve just been trying to catch up with everything over the past month.

I’m totes not up on the latest mixes or anything, but I did really enjoy this old DKay mix that I listened to, as I was driving on the PCH this morning.  Just banger after banger came on.  I usually listen to the same Dkay tunes over and over.  Totally forgot about this one with Dbridge though.

The weather here has finally gotten warmer again.  It was like 2 weeks in the high 50s / low 60s, and you would have thought I didn’t spend 26 years living in the Midwest.  It really felt mad cold to me!  Temperature is relative though right?
