I now seem to have developed end of summer allergies too.  Lame.  I don’t what it is I’m allergic to but this week has been pretty miserable on the sneezing, stuffy nose and itchy eyes front. 😦

Friday huh?  Everything is a blur to me.   I would say I’m happy the weekend is here but really it makes no difference cuz I’m working all weekend.  I am going to a pig roast tomorrow though which I think will be fun. 🙂

Did you listen to that Kjell Mix?  Loved it.

I feel like I’ve been spending a lot of time by myself lately.  That’s not necessarily a bad thing.  I am working everyday so my mornings consist of waiting to go to work at 5, so I just kick it by myself all day long attempting to do all the things I’m supposed to be doing.  We all know how that usually goes with me so needless to say I’m spending a majority of my time laying around my flat listening to dnb. 😉

Yes I’m here.  Didja miss me?  Last week was hectic.  I ended up staying home for a full week.  I got a lot of essay stuff done for my masters apps.  I’m sorry I didn’t get a chance to write, but know it was cuz I was actually really busy and not just cuz I was being lazy. 🙂

Fall is upon us and it seems like my schedule keeps getting busier and busier.  I’m not complaining.  I am not a person that likes to be idle.

Last week was a good music week.  I saw Martyn in Millenium Park at the Sonar Festival which was awesome.  Falty DL and Marcel Dettmann performed at the Smart Bar after parties.  Mixed at a dnb rave.  Really good times.  Plastician is this week.  As an electronic music enthusiast, I really can’t complain much these days. 🙂

Somehow September managed to sneak its way on in.  I’m excited it’s here cuz I’m ready for fall but I just can’t believe how fast August went!

I went to my old university today to go see my two fave professors about writing me recommendations for the masters programs I’m applying to.  I don’t want to sound all sappy, but sometimes teachers really can make a difference.  When I went back to school the second time around, I really wouldn’t have flourished as I did if it wasn’t for Ms. Olson and Dr. List.  Props to all those teachers out there who make a difference in some people’s lives.  They are both really wonderful people. ❤

I have no excuse for not posting for the past couple days.  I’ve just been feeling lazy and unmotivated and I’m also trying to catch up on sleep.

I didn’t get that job.  I’m not worried though.  I’m still trying to be optimistic about the job hunt and hopefully one will come my way soon.

I have nothing exciting to report since as I told you I haven’t really done anything exciting for the past couple of days.  I’m just looking forward to next weekend when I get to go home and see my fam.  My brother and his wife are coming with my nephew from New Jersey, so I’m going to go kick it Madison for the weekend.  Yay.
