Unemployment has helped me hone my chef skills.  Not only do I eat yummy dinners on a regular basis but i also bake desserts up the wazoo.  I’m sure I’d make someone a good wife someday.

I made dinner with Jessica yesterday and we both commented on how happy we are that we are not college students anymore.  I’m sure there are college students who eat well and make fancy dinners but I was definitely not one of them.  I remember eating a lot of candy, which is kinda odd cuz I really don’t eat it that much anymore.  When I say a lot I mean a daily visit to the corner shop to by not one but at least 3 different kinds, Twix, Almond Joy, Kit Kat etc and that would suffice as some sort of meal.  I also ate a lot of Pasta Roni and Wendy’s.  I’m not knocking any of those items.  I’m just saying that after spending the time and the money to eat awesome food I am ok with not visiting that chapter of my life again. 😉
